BALOCHISTAN RURAL SUPPORT PROGRAMME TENDER NOTICE FOR PROCUREMENT OF VEHICLES
Baluchistan Rural Support Programme (BRSP) is a Non political, Non Religious, Non Governmental and Not for Profit Organization, registered U/S 42 of companies Ordinance 1984, striving to bring improvement in the wellbeing of the rural communities of Baluchistan through different set of interventions in 23 districts of Baluchistan. BRSP intends to procure 18 different field vehicles for its new project under Baluchistan Community Development Program (BCDP) Grant No DCI-ASIE/2013/327/025 funded by European Union Delegation to Pakistan for Khuzdar, Jhal Magsi, Loralai and Zhob. The bids accompany with profile of the firm and call deposit in the name of Chief Executive Officer BRSP for the amount equal to 2% (Refimdable) of the total quoted amount. Na bid will be entertained without call deposit. Interested bidder can download the tender documents from above link as well from BRSP office House No 5-A Sariab Road, Quetta during worlcing hour from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from  15th January to 25' Feb 2014 on submission of written application supported by original bank receipt of deposit of tender fee. Bids completed in all respect will received back on 28. February. 2014 up to 12:00 Noon and will be opened on same day dated February 28. 2014 at 12:15 p.m. by the committee in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bids will be finalized on the basis of cost, quality of items/product & experience/reputation of firms. The bidder will be responsible for payment of all types of taxes, duties, packing, loading/unloading and transportation up to Head Office.
