1. The Communication & Works Department Govt: of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa intends to engage the Consulting Firm for providing consultancy services for the following ADP works.

A firm / joint venture will be selected for the Services under quality -cum cost based selection (QCBS) method under the procedure / criteria described in the request for proposal (RFP) documents. 4. You are invited to submit a Comprehensive Technical Proposal in English (original one copy) and a Financial Proposal (original + one copy) in separate sealed envelopes, for the services required under the Terms of Reference (TOWS) latest by 30 January 2014. 5. RFP documents / TORs are available in the office of the undersigned and can be obtained on any working day during office hours at least seven days before the closing date on cash payment of Rs. 5,000/- (non refundable). 6. The detail scope of work and sites identification shall be provided in .RFP documents.
