Sealed Tenders are invited for the following Works as mentioned below. The Tenderer shall read the eligibility conditions carefully and would be evaluated according to these conditions. Tenders shall be issued after fulfilling these conditions and upon production of required documents. If any clarification is required, the bidder may contact the Office of the undersigned within Office Hours. El=1 1. Construction of Re-construction of Boundary Wall for the under Depression area at 220KV Grid Station, Rohri (New), Rs. 3,447,4861, 2. Construction of Interceptor Drain and Draw Pit for the under Depression at 220 KV Grid Station, Rohri (New), Rs. 1,210,0651, 3. Construction of Overhead Water Tank Capacity 20,000 Gallons at 500KV Grid Station, RahimYar Khan (Zahir Pin), Rs. 4,284,5131,
2% of the Estirnated Cost in the shape of a CDR issued from any Schedule Bank of Pakistan at the time of the Purchase of Tender Documents. 11= Work will be supervised by the NTDC staff. 1. Firms enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed/valid for the Year 2013-2014 (with Original Certificate). 2. Firms registered with the Manager (Civil) NTDC Lahore, for the Year 2013-2014 for the respective category. 3. Bidders must have a sound financial position and submit a credit line of at least 25% of the BOQ price for a smooth execution and completion of the Project from reputed Banks for this Project only and Bank Statement of the Last 06 months. 4. Income Tax Clearance Certificate & Return filled with the Income Tax Department for the Financial Year 2012-2013. 5. Bidders must be professionally capable personnel with their Bio data, for the proper execution of the Work registered with the PEC. 6. List of Works in Progress indicating Cost of Work and copy of letter of Award of Work. 7. Documentary evidence of Works Executed/Works in Progress and Certificate of satisfactory completion of works by the employer.
