Sealed Tenders are invited from reputed manufacturers/ suppliers for the supply of LED Streetlights with luminaires and accessories, described in detail in the Tender Documents for LOT-9, to be procured from the Office of Punjab University Employees Housing Scheme, Lahore, Quaid-e-Azam Campus as per Terms & Conditions laid down below: TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. All items of material must be manufactured strictly in accordance with the given Specifications and will be duly inspected and approved by the Consultant M/s Jansons Engineering Services. The material shall be got tested in any testing laboratories approved and recommended by the Consultant at the risk and cost of the manufacturer. 2. You are requested to provide documents pertaining to their relevant experience in manufacturing or supplying LED Streetlights and Luminaires. 3. Earnest Money at the rate of 2% of the Bid Amount must be submitted in the form of a "Call Deposit" issued by any Commercial Bank in Lahore. 4. Any Tender submitted without the Proof of relevant experience/ capability and the Earnest Money in the shape of "Call Deposit", may be ignored by the competent authority. 5. The Tender complete in all respects must reach the office of Punjab University Housing Employees Scheme, Qaid-e-Azam Campus, Lahore within 15 days after the publication of the advertisement in the newspaper during the working hours. 6. The Tenders will be opened on the same day in the presence of those bidders who care to be present. 7. The Management Committee of PUEHS resen/es the right to accept or reject any or all the Bids without being .bound to explain the reasons for the same. 8. The tender documents can be collected from the office of the Director PUEHS by paying Rs.5000 / -in cash during the working hours.
