The short listing on the basis of academic record before the written test for above mentioned posts will be carried out as under:- 0 The Academic Merit will be calculated on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in the Board/University examinations from Matriculation to minimum prescribed qualifications as per policy. ii) Ifs candidate possesses higher qualification of minimum two years in the relevant field than the minimum qualification prescribed for a post, he/she will be exempted from shortlisting and will be called for written test. For example if graduation is prescribed qualification then the higher qualification will be postgraduate degree of 02 years duration. iii) All candidates who secure equal marks on the basis of academic record will be called for written test over and above the prescribed ratio. iv) Post-to-Candidate ratio is enhanced from 1:30 to 1:50. v) The shortlisting on the basis of academic record before written test will be carried out with post-to-candidate ratio of 1:50 only if the number of applicants is more than 10,000 or more than the ratio of 1:100 against one requisition. vi) In case any information provided by the candidate in his/her online application form prove to be incorrect at any stage, he/she will be disqualified and disciplinary action will be taken under the rules.
au) All the candidates are directed to recheck and correct their academic record and mention his/her higher qualification obtained on or before the closing date in their own interest (if required) available at the PPSC`s website www.ppsc.gop.pk upto 20-01-2014 (Monday).
Any addition / alteration in the academic record will not be accepted thereafter.
