SHORT TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders based on item rates/ percentage above or below Market Rates System are hereby invited, for the work mentioned below. From the contractors/ firms enlisted with C& W Department in the field of Road Work & Contractor enlisted for road work by Executive District Officer, Works & Services Pakpattan Sharif. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned as well as from the office of Executive District Officer Works & Service Pakpattan against written request accompanied original document of enlistment, upto date renewal letter and fee receipt, PEC license, Identity Card of original Contractors/ Managing Partner of the firm alongwith Registered partner ship deed and on payment of prescribed tenderfee in term of CDR/Bank Draft of any schedule Bank No tender should be issued to any representative of a firm until & unless he possesses the registered power ol attorney. Simple authority on company's pad will not be entertained. Earnest money 2% and the rentier fee in the shape of CDR should be accompanied with the application forthe issuance oftenders Tendered rate and amounts should be filled in figure as well as in word and tenders should be signed as per general directions given in the tender document. No rebate on tendered rates w ill be acceptable Tender will be received in the office of the undersigned upto 11:00 A.M on the date of opening of tender and will be opened immediately thereafter by the tender opening committee in the presence of intending contractors. Undersigned shall have the right of rejectinganyorall ofthe tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
