SHORT LISTING OF CONSULTING ENGINEERING FIRMS
Punjab Highways Department, under Provincial Highways Circle, Gujranwala, invites applications for pre-qualification of Consulting Engineering Firms of sound standing and qualification for rendering construction supervision services in respect of the following projects in:-

Interested Consulting Engineering firms are required to submit Expressions of Interest (E0I) along with following mandatory details, supported with attested copies of all relevant documentation: Name and full address of the Firm along with the same of Branch Offices (if any) with telephone & fax numbers & email addresses. Status of the firm (i.e. Proprietorship, Partnership, Limited Company, etc.)
iii. Certified true copies of registration with Securities & Exchange Commission / Registrar of Firms. iv. Certified true copies of registration with Pakistan Engineering Council along with latest renewal letter. v. Certified true copies of registration with Income Tax Department along with NTN. vi. Organizational set-up and list of professional / technical staff, along with their qualification & project-wise experience, in the permanent employment of the firm. vii. Particulars of key personnel & associates of Structural / Geotechnical etc. Design & Construction Supervision Divisions to be engaged for this job. viii. Details of similar completed / in-hand works designed & supervised by the firm during last ten (10) years, indicating (but not limited to), scope of work, total cost of such works, date of start, date of completion, (expected date of completion),nanne of clients etc. ix. An affidavit (on Stamp Paper) that the firm has not been blacklisted by any Government Ministry / Department or Autonomous Body. x. Details of Litigation and / or Arbitration Cases, if any, in which the firm has been involved in the works mentioned above in (vii). xi. Bankers Certificate regarding financial standing. xii. Audit Statement of Accounts for the past three (3) years. xiii. Any other documented information considered necessary for pre-qualification. 2. Expressions of Interest (E0I) complete in all respect along with the above documented information must reach the Office of Superintending Engineer, Provincial Highways Circle, Gujranwala latest by 3:00 PM on 08.02.2014. 3. Punjab Highways Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposal(/s) without assigning any reason for the same.
