Applications are invited from approved enlisted / renewed contractors for 2013-14 in Communication & Works Department for Road Works and registered with I renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council Islamabad for the year 2014 in relevant category to participate in the pre-qualification for execution of work:-

Interesting firms are required to submit the following information / documents duly binded, page marked & indexed, in duplicate to the undersigned upto 08.02.2014 during office hours. I- Name of firm, registration, postal address and telephone number. 2- In case of firm, copy of partnership deed and power of attorney in favour of person authorized. 3- Year of establishment supported by certificate from the Registrar of Firms. 4- Name & Particulars of specialist flans to be associated. 5- List of Cases pending in Arbitration / Litigation, if any. 6- Certificate of Registration from Pakistan Engineering Council Islamabad (upto date) reflecting relevant Specialization Category (duly attested by PI Class Officer). 7- Copy of Enlistment I Renewal for the year 2013-2014 with C&IA' Department reflecting relevant Category (duly attested by 1g Class Officer) 8- Detail of equipment with its number, make / model condition and location alongwith the proof of ownership. 9- Particular of technical / supervisory staff including bio-data of key personnel. 10- Detail of similar projects completed by the contractor! firm giving location, approximate cost, time taken for completion duly supported with a certificate from Client Department. II- List of projects handled during last three years giving their location, approximate cost, time allowed / taken, duly supported with certificate from client Department. 12- Performance certificate from the Executive Engineer I District Officer Roads / client under whom the work have been executed during last three years. 13- Detail of work in hand indicating name of Client Department, consultants, scope of works completed! payment received upto date by the contractor! firm. 14- Authentic proof of financial position of the firm such as Bank Statement of previous one year. 15- Total Assets, work capital and liabilities of the finn duly certified. 16- Income Tax registration certificate.
The pre-qualification applications shall be evaluated on basis of Planning St Development Department, Government of the Punjab criteria for pre-qualification. Therefore, other related information required in this regard should also be provided. Information in the pre-qualification documents must be in the order of serial numbers of give above. Only those firms having experience of construction of Road Work shall be considered for pre-qualification.
Any detail in this connection may be obtained from the office the undersigned on any working day. Only pre-qualified firms shall be eligible to participate in the tendering in the relevant project / scheme. Incomplete & False applications will not be entertained. The applicant / firms have to undertake that no litigation case will be filed against the pre-qualification committee, in case of concealed information! bio data of firm. The interested firm has also undertake that they have read the rules and regulation and are bound to act accordingly. District Government Gujrat reserves the right to accept /reject any application in accordance with PPM Rules.
