4t Position Qualification Experience Max: Age 1 Manager (Procurement/Business Development) MBA / Masters Degree in management or finance, Additional Qualification in Management, finance or engineering will be an asset. Quality experience in lieu of terminal degree will be considered At least 4-7 years or more relating to public sector procurement, public private partnership based projects or other business development functions. He/ She should be well versed with the prevalent procurement rules, documents, procedures and processes 45 Years 2 Manager (Transport) / Mechanical Engineer Bachelor in Mechanical or Transport Engineering. Masters Degree will be an asset At least 4-7 years or more in managing Heavy Mechanical Transport (HMT) and associated transport relating functions e.g. fuel management, operations and maintenance etc. 45 years 3 Manager (Operations) MBA / Master Degree in Operational Management or relating discipline At least 4-7 years or more in managing field operations and relating HRM issues including staff reorganization, control administrative processes etc. 45 Years 4 Manager (Communications) Master degree in Communications/ Media / Journalism or Public relations. Bachelor degree alongwith quality based media experience will be considered. At least 54 years or more relating to print, screen and other media management functions. He/ She should be proficient in written and oral communications in English and Urdu. 40 years Communication Officer Bachelor or Masters Degree in Communications/ Media / Journalism or Public relations At least 3-5 years or more relating to print, screen and other media management functions. He/ She should be proficient in written and oral communications in English and Urdu. 35 Years 6. Manager (Research & Development) Masters Degree in Economics / Management / Commerce or relating discipline. He / She should have at least 5-8 years experience of quality based research and analysis with highly refined writing skills. He / She is required to send research /writing samples along with the application (published or other) 45 Years 7. Operation Officer (II) Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Management, Commerce or relating discipline. At least 3-5 years experience in field operations; involving Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) of field staff and concerning HRM functions. Proficiency in basic computer functions is desired. 35 years Front Desk Operator (Only Females) Masters or Bachelor Degree in Management, Communications or IT etc. At least 3-5 years experience in administrative and front desk functions; mainly relating to corporate interface. She should have excellent communication skills. 35 years 9. Data Entry Operator (4) Bachelor Degree relating to commerce or IT discipline and functions. Considerable experience of database management in lieu of degree will be considered. At lease 2-5 years experience in managing variety of database through various modes of data management and sorting through different IT functions and programs. 30 years 10. Mechanical Technician B.Tech / Associate Engineering. Relevant experience in lieu of degree will be considered Must have at least 3-5 years or more experience relating to Heavy Mechanical Transport (HMT), Hydraulic Functions etc. 40 years
