TENDER NOTICE
Sealed Tenders are invited for the Works as per enclosed list on the basis of Market Rates from the approved Contractor/Firms/Companies of Irrigation Department who have deposited enlistment/renewal fees for the Current Financial year 2013-14 2. Earnest money noted against each work in shape of Deposit Call/Bank Draft of Scheduled Bank payable to the Executive Engineer Drainage Division Mandi Bahauddin along with an attested photocopy of National Identity Card must be deposited with the Divisional Head Clerk otherwise the Divisional Head Clerkwould not issue Tender Documents. 3. Tender will be received and opened on 08-02-2014 at 12. 30 Hour in the presence of contractors or their Representatives who care to attend. 4. Tender Documents can be taken from the office of the undersigned up to 07-02-2014 during working hours at usual cost prescribed by the Government 5. Tender without Earnest Money, Telegraphic, Conditional, or overwritten Tenderswill not be entertained. 6. Detail of Works & Specification can be seen in the office of undersigned during office hours. 7. No allowance such as Hardness/Slush/Wetness etc. will be allowed unless sanctioned bytheCompetentAuthority. 8. Acceptance of the Tendered Rates rests with the undersigned or Competent Authority who does not bind himself to accept the Lowest Tender & reserve the right to reject/accept any or all Tenders without assigning any reasons thereof 9. In case of any dispute between the Contractor and the Department final decision of the Superintending Engineer, Drainage Circle, Sargod ha will be binding on the Contractors. 10. The Tender form of a Company or a Firm should accompany with a Power of Attomeyon properJudicial Paper. 11. Proof of Professional Tax deduction should be produced to the Head Clerk at the time of purchasing Tender Documents. 12. Deposit Call along with an attested photocopy of National Identity Card will be retained with the Divisional Head Clerk till opening of the Tenders. 13. Contractors are liable to execute the Works on the Tendered Rates. They will have no right to challenge the Department in case of delay regarding coda I formalities and late approval of rates etc. 14. If the Tenders could not be received on fixed date and time due to unavoidable circumstances then. These Tenders will be received on 10-02-2014 on the same Terms and Conditions. 15. Deposit call will be returned after 60 days to those contractors whose tendeis are not accepted. 16.
