Hiring of Janitorial 8 Cleaning Services
COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT) invites Expression of Interest (E0I) from reputable firms/companies for providing janitorial and cleaning services at an, Islamabad Campus.

The proposal should include a complete company profile, supported by following relevant documents. • Name, Address ,phone number, e-mail addresses of the company/firm; • Evidence of experience during the last three years; • Detail of reputed clients served during the last three years; • Performance certificates issued by reputed clients; • Proof of financial soundness of the firm; • National tax number (NTN#)/Sales Tax Number mentioning tax paid last year; • Affidavit that the finn/company is neither black listed nor in litigation with any of its diem., • Any other relevant information to facilitate decision making. 3. Tender documents containing information / detail for the required work/services can be obtained on payment of Rs.1000/- in shape of Pay Order/Demand Draft drawn in favor of CIIT Islamabad before closing date. 4. The requirement may also be assessed by visiting the concerned locations/areas. 5. The last date for receipt of proposals (complete in all respects) is February 10, 2014 (Monday) up to I 630 hours in office of the Purchase Officer at the address given below. 6. The CIIT reserves the right to accept/reject any proposal or cancel the tender process at any time as per PPFtA's rules.
