Tender documents can be obtained from the office of Project Director /Chief Engineer on production of original deposit receipt of tender fee, Original CDR in favour of Project Director, University of Education, Lahore, written request/authority letter duly signed by directors/partners authorizing the person to collect the documents along with company profile, NTN, List of works already executed and being executed and original registration with Pakistan Engineering Council, which will be retuned at same time. 2 The contractor involved in any litigation and blacklisted/de-listed from their respective department are noteligible to participate in tenders. An undertaking of this effect on stamp paper of Pa 100/- duly vetted by Oath Cornmissioner is required at the time of obtaining tender documents. 3. Detail/particulars of work can be seen in the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours. 4. No tender shall be issued to the contractor whose firm or any of his partners had already executed the work in UE and failed to complete the project to the satisfaction of concerned Principal/Director. 5. Telegraphic/conditional tender or tender by post will not be entertained. 6. Tenders shall be issued up to 06.02,014 during office hours. 7 Tender shall be received upto 1030 AM. 0702.2014 and shall be opened on the same day at 1100 AM in the presence of the bidder or the authorized representative in the Syndicate Room of University of Education, Township Lahore by the Committee. In the absence of bidder or his authorized representative, the tender shall be rejected. 8. The earnest money of the unsuccessful tenderers shall normally be returned by the Project Director within a week of opening of the tenders and in any case not later than thirty (30) days following the date set for opening of tenders. 9. Project Director or Tender Opening Committee reserves the rights to reject all the tenders under PPRA Rules. _.05184..
