PHSADC invites sealed Tender from reputed qualified Companies / Firms registered with Sales Tax & Income Tax Department (Copy of NTN / STR be attached) for supply of the following Machinery & Equipment for its project.
Machines CNC Machine Centre Universal Milling Machine CNC wire cut EDM Die Sinker Turning Center - 4 ft Lathe -5 ft Multi-task Turn-mill — 2 ft Surface Grinder Band Saw Lathe -3 ft Mill-drill Engraving Machine Hydraulic Press (50 Tons) 2. Rifling Section Barrel making (Gun Drilling) machine of Vertical Honing Machine hydraulic Press (15 Tones) Horizontal Hydraulic Press (40 Tones) 3. Heat Treatment Section Salt Bath Furnace Induction Hardening Furnace 4. Surface Treatment Section Electroplating equipment (Hard Chroming & anodizing) 5. Welding, Cutting & Fabrication Section Gas Cutter with accessories (CNC) Welding Machine with accessories (TIG Welding) Bench Grinders 1 Workshop equipments Electric ARC Welding Machine 6. Bench Working Section Vses (with bench working tables) Hand Tools (Files, Hacksaw, Hammers, Steel Rules, tri-Square Reamers etc.) 7. Bid shall be submitted in two separate envelopes containing Technical and Financial. Each bid must accompany pay order valid for one year @ rate of the value of the machinery drawn in the narne of Pakistan Hunting & Sporting Arms Development Company. It will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after rejection of bid. Bids must be deposited with PHSADC up to 6'" March 2014 by 1030 Hours which will be opened at 1200 hour same day in PHSADC office, Peshawar. Late or incomplete bid docuinents will not be accepted after 1030 hours on 6°' March 2014. The documents can be collected from 9 am to 5 prn during working days @ Rs. 2,000/- as fee per set of tender document. PHSADC, reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or .ro.osal in .artor.II.
