The Executive Engineer C&W Division Charsadda intends to engage the consulting firms for providing consultancs services for the following work to be executed under provincial ADP (2013-14) as per following:

ADP No.41/130341(NEW):Up gradation of 50 Middle schools to High level in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. S. Head: 02 Nos (2F) at District Charsadda 5. ADP No.52/120499(0/G): Education Sector Reform Program - EU Assisted (3rd Tranche). 3. A firm / joint venture will be selected for the services under quality cum cost based selection (QCBS) method under the procedure / criteria described in the request for proposal (RFP) documents. 4. You are invited to submit a comprehensive Technical Proposal in English (Original + one copy) and a financial proposal (Original + one copy) in separate sealed envelopes, for the services required under the Terms of Reference (TORs) latest by 20-01-2014 till 12:00 Noon. 5. RFP documents / TORs are available in the office of the undersigned and can be obtained on any working day daring office hours at least three days before the closing date on cash payment of Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable).
