I. A firm /joint venture will be selected for the services under quality cum cost based selection (QCBS) method under the procedure / criteria described in the request for proposal (RFP) documents. 11. You are invited to submit a Comprehensive Technical Proposal in English (original + one copy) and a Financial Proposal (original + one copy) in separate sealed envelopes, for the services required under the Teims of Reference (TORs) latest by 21 January 2014 till 1200 hours. III. RFP documents/ TORs are available in the office of the undersigned and can be obtained on any working day during office hours at least seven days before the closing date on cash payment of Rs. 5,000/- (non refundable). Iv Before submission of request for proposal a pre-proposal/ pre-bid meeting shall be held in the office of Executive Engineer C&W Department at Shimla Hill Sherwan Road Abbottabad on 14-01-2014 at 1200 hours.
