TENDER NOTICE
PURCHASE OF 100,000 MT WHITE SUGAR
Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Limited, Karachi invites sealed offers from sugar mills in Pakistan for purchase of 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand) Metric Tons (MT) White Sugar, packed in polypropylene (PP) woven sacks/bags as per PSQCA approved standards i.e. 1822-2007 (3rd Review) and PS 3128-2008 respectively, TOP invites sealed offers from sugar mills in Pakistan (hereinafter referred to as "Supplier" or "Sugar Mill" or "Seller") for purchase of 100,000 MT white sugar. The sugar mills who defaulted with TOP are not eligible to participate in the tender Further those sugar mills who have not fulfilled their contractual obligation with TCP shall also not be eligible to participate in the Bids, unless they clear their dues along with penalties or full fill their contractual obligations with TOP, as the case may be, before tender opening date. Detailed specifications/requirements are indicated in Tender Document containing tender terms & conditions. a Interested parties may submit their bids, in sealed envelopes for a quantity of minimum 21000 MT and maximum 5,000 MT to be dropped in the tender box placed at the reception counter of TCP's Principal Office, at 4th Floor, Block-B, Finance & Trade Centre, Sharea Faisal, Karachi by 11:00 am on Friday, 27th December, 2013. The bids received will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the TCP's Boardroom in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives, who may wish to be present. 3.
