Sealed tenders are invited from the approved Contractors who have deposited fee for the year 2013-2014 for the following works as under:-

1 CONDITIONS.  1. The next date of receipt and opening of tenders will be follow if no tender is received on previous schedule date at fixed time. 2. Earnest money at the rate of 2% of the cost of each work in the form of deposit at call drawn from any scheduled bank should accompany the tenders. Currency notes and bonds etc, will not be accepted. 3. The detail and drawings of the works can be seen in the office of the undersigned on any working day. 4. The works will be executed as per Departmental specifications and under the supervision of the concerned Sub Divisional Officer, The tender forms purchased from other than this office, will not be entertained. 5. The rates should be quoted above or below of technical sanctions based on market rate system of 2013-2014 and item rates for non-schedule Items. The contractors are required to give their full home address below their signatures in tenders with category. 6. The Contractor whose tender is accepted will have to sign the agreement with the undersigned & to complete the work within the stipulated time limit otherwise his earnest money will be forfeited. 7. The undersigned reserved the right to accept any one or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof. B. In case of any dispute regarding these tenders or execution of work, the case will be referred to the Superintending Engineer, Q.B. Link Circle Farooqabad whose decision will be final and binding on the contractors. 9. Original Registration / fee deposited documents for the current financial year should be checked in the office of undersigned at the time of issuance of tender forms. 10. As per Government of the Punjab, Finance Department, Notification No. RO (Tech) FD 1-2/83 (VI)(P), dated Lahore the April, 2005, in case the total tendered amount is less than 5 percent of the approved estimated (DNIT) amount, the lowest bidder will have to deposit an additional performance security from a Scheduled Bank equal to the tendered amount below estimated cost within 5 days of issuance of notice or within expiry period of the bid, whichever is earlier. 11. The undersigned can even cancel one or all these works without assigning any reason. 12. The payments will be made on availability of funds. 13. No Deposit call will be entertained which is issued on previous months. 14. The work will be Supervised Monitored by T.P.M Consultants.
