TENDER NOTICE
1. Sealed tenders based on item rates are hereby invited, for the works mentioned below from the Coqtractor/Firms enlisted/renewed with C&W Department for the current financial year in the field of Civil Works. 2. Tenders documents can be obtained from the date of publication of invitation to bids in the newspaper from any of the below mentioned offices, upon written request accompanied with attested copies of enlistment / upto date renewal letter, PEC license, Identity Card of Contractor/Managing Partner/Director of the firm alongwith registered power of attorney and on payment of prescribed tender fee in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Cashier's Cheque of any scheduled bank:- i) Chief Engineer Punjab Buildings Deptt: (N.Z)., ii) Commissioner Lahore Division Lahore. iii) Superintending Engineer Provincial Buildings Circle No.!. Lahore. iv) District Coordination Officer, Lahore. v) Executive Engineer, 1st Provincial Buildings Division. Lahore. vi) Assistant Commissioner City Lahore. 3. Tendered rates and amounts should be filled in figures as %veil as in words and tenders should be signed as per general directions given in the tender document. No rebate on tendered rates will be acceptable. 4. Tenders will oc received in the office of Commissioner Lahore Division Lahore and will be opened on fixed date End time by the respective Tender opening Committee at the above venue in the presence of intending contractors or their representatives. 5. Conditional tenders and tenders not accompanied with earnest money @ 2% of the estimated cost in shape of CDR / Bank Draft / Cashier's Cheque of any scheduled Bank (in favor of E.E. 1st P.B. Divn: Lhr.) and attested copies of registered partnership deed and power of attorney in case of firms will not be entertained.
6. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject the tenders as per PPRA rules.
