TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders based on item rates / percentage above or below on approved estimated (DNIT) amount are hereby invited for the works mentioned below from the contractor/firms enlisted/renewed with C&W Department for the current financial year in the filed of Buildings Works. Tender documents can be obtained from the date of publication of invitation to bids in the newspaper from any of the below mentioned offices, upon written request accompanied with attested copies of enlistment/upto date renewal letter, PEC license, Identity Card of Contractor/Managing Partner/Director of the firm along with registered power of attorney and on payment of prescribed tender fee in the form of CDG/ Bank Draft/Cashier's Cheque of any scheduled bank: - i) Chief Engineer, Punjab Buildings Department (NZ). Lahore. ii) Commissioner, Lahore Division, Lahore. iii) Superintending Engineer, Provincial Buildings Circle No.2, Lahore. iv) District Coordination Officer, Lahore. v) Executive Engineer, Provincial Buildings Division GORs, Lahore. vi) Assistant Commissioner, Lahore Division, Lahore. Tendered rates and amounts should be filled in figures as well as in words and tenders should be signed as per general directions given in the tender documents. No rebate on tendered rates will be acceptable. Tenders will be received in the offices of Chief Engineer, Punjab Buildings Department (North Zone), Lahore and Commissioner Lahore Division, Lahore and will be opened simultaneously on fixed date and time by the respective Tenders Opening Committee at the above venues in the presence of intending contractors or their representatives 8 who opt to be present. Conditional tenders and tenders not accompanied with earnest money @2% of the estimated cost in shape of CDR/Bank Draft/Cashier's Cheque of any scheduled Bank in the name of Executive Engineer, Provincial Buildings Division, Lahore and attested copies of registered partnership deed and power of attorney in case of firms will not be entertained. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. The procuring agency shall upon request communicate to any6 supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal the grounds for 'ts rejection of all bids or proposals, but it not required to justify those grounds.
