SHORT TENDER NOTICE
Seated fenders based on item rates 1 percentage rates above or below Market Rates System enforced since, 01.014004 with (amended upto dale) are hereby invited, horn the approved contractors of G&W Department/ Works & Services Department for Buildings Works for the year 2013.2014. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on presentation of tested copies of enlistment/unto date renewal letter and fee receipt PEC License 2013 (in original), authority letter on letter pad of contractor/ firm, identity card of contactor I Managing partner of the firm along with registered Power of Attorney, and on payment of prescribed fender fee and 2% earnest money in the shape of CDR/ Bank Draft of any scheduled bank. Tender rates and amounts should be filled in figures as well as in words and tenders should be signed as per general directions given in the tender documents. No rebate on tendered rates wilt be acceptable. Tenders will be received in the office of the undersigned unto 12.00 Noon and will be opened simultaneously on fixed date and time by the District Tenders Board Pakpattan in the presence of intending contractors or their representatives. Conditional tenders and tenders not accompanied with earnest money 2% of the estimated cost in shape of CDR (Bank Draft of any scheduled Bank and attested copies of registered partnership deed and power of attorney in case of firms will not be entertained. The lowest bidder whose bid will be less more than 514 of the estimated cost of the work will have to deposit the difference which will be returned on successful completion of the contract, failure to deposit the difference within I5-days of the (ogre would result into forfeiture of earnest money without further notict
No tender will issued to the contractor whose progress on the works already in hand is behind
the schedule.
The rates offered by the bidders will be accepted/counted upto 03-digits only. The undersigned reserves the rights of rejecting any or all of the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof Last Date of application to purchase tender 13-01-2014 Last Date of issue of fenders 14.01.2014 within office hours.
