Applications for post qualification tenders two envelopes System are hereby invited from the Authorized Dealers / Manufactures / firms / companies registered in "Relevant Category of Pakistan Engineering Council" for the work noted below.

The firms will be evaluated on the following terms and conditions:-

Terms and conditions: I. Bids are invited for the above mentioned packages from the eligible contractors /firms on post qualification basis and will be based on two envelop system. One envelop of Technical Proposal will contain bidder's information on financial and technical qualification alongwith bid seawity as tabulated above. The other one envelop of financial proposal will contain the priced bill of quantities and shall be sealed in a separate envelop. Only those Firms/M.anufactures will apply for the Post Qualification who are specialized in such nature of job having minimum experience of 10-years. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased from MIS Allied Engineering Consultants, Pvt. Ltd. Address: H.No. 7, Usmania Street, Near FATA Secretariat Warsak Road, Peshawar Ph # 091-5200283, by any intending• bidder on submission of written application and payment of non-refundable fee of cash Rs. 10,000/, The tender form shall be available on Cash Payment on Government prescribed fee (non-refundable) in office of the undersigned from the date of advertisement to 07.01.2014 on submission of written application. Bidders attention is invited to the requirement of furnishing complete information in respect of their financial and technical qualification on the forms included in the bidding documents for this purpose. 6. Firms Who quote their rates at 10% Below or lower than the estimated cost shall Deposit 8% Additional Security in the shape of call Deposit within seven days after the tender date before issuance of the acceptance letter otherwise 2% Earnest Money deposited earlier shall stand forfeited in favour of the Govt: and the 2nd lowest bidder and so on, will be asked for the same. 7. Bidder may obtain further information / clarification from office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason thereof. Call deposit worth 2% of Bid Value duly pledged in favour of undersigned will be attached (In Original) with the Technical Bid otherwise it will not be entertained.
10. Opening of financial bids will be intimated to all the bidders after approval by the Technical Sub Committee. 11. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 15.1.2014 at 11.00 a.m. in the office of the undersigned (if requested). Note:- The bids of only those firms shall b e opened and allowed to participate in the tendering process who stand qualified by the Technical Sub-Committee. The company profile and tender bids should be in separate envelopes, sealed and clearly marked with company profile •and tender documents/Financial bids which shall also be marked-clearly on Envelop-1 and Envelop-2 respectively.
