Sealed tender forms are being invited from all the interested firms / suppliers / manufacturers/distributors for the purchase of Drugs/Medicines & Disposable items for Government Shah Bhitai Hospital Latifabad, Hyderabad. The new schedule is as under: 1. Drug / Medicine & Disposable items due on 09-01-2014 Tender Fees Rs. 2000.00 (Non Refundable) 2. Drugs/Medicines for Dialysis due on 09-01-2014 Tender Fees Rs. 1000.00 (Non Refundable) The tender forms can be purchased from office of Medical Superintendent, Government Shah Bhitai Hospital Latifabad, Director General Health Services Office Sindh at Hyderabad and PM-I Cell Karachi, till dated 09-01-2014. The bid security amount for tenders of Medicines is 2.5% of the Quoted Value in form of Pay Order / Bank Draft / Bank Guarantee in the name of MS Government Shah Bhitai Hospital Latifabad. Sealed tender forms have to be submitted on dated 09-01- 2014 by 10:30 a.m. in the office of the Medical Superintendent, Government Shah Bhitai Hospital Latifabad, Hyderabad, as per SPPRA Rule 2010, (Rule 46- 2). The tender will be opened on dated 09-01-2014 at 1130 a.m. in the office of the Medical Superintendent, Government Shah Bhitai Hospital Latifabad, Hyderabad.
