INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Services, General Administration & Coordination Department, Government of Sindh, invites Sealed Tenders on the prescribed proforma from Authorized/Registered Manufacturers / Firms with Tax Collecting Authorities to be purchased from Section Officer Assistant Dire or (G.A), SGA&CD @ Cost of Rs. 500/- (Non-Refundable) through pay order from the tot day of publication of this Notice up to 15.01.2014, for the supply of one (01) Diesel Generator. The sealed envelopes containing the offer should be submitted from the 1st day of publication of this Notice up to 16.01.2014 at 02:00 p.m. in the office of Chairman, Departmental Purchase Committee, Room No. 217, 2nd Floor, New Sindh Secretariat Building, Karachi. The Tender shall be opened on 16.01.2014 at 03:00 p.m. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. All the firms shall submit earnest money B 5% through Pay Order in favor of Assistant Director (G.A), SGA&CD. 2. Broachers shall be provided with tender. 3. The Representatives of firms, attending the opening of tenders would bring authority letters from their respective firms. This would, however, not be applicable in case of the Managing Directors/Proprietors of the firms attending the opening of tenders. 4. The bids of the above mentioned items offered by the firms would be valid for 90 days as per Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010. 5. The successful bidders would be liable to pay performance security (4, 2.5% of the value cost of the total quantity in addition to earnest money. 6. The failure to comply with any of the above terms and conditions would result in cancellation of the offer as per Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010. 7. The procuring agency will reject all or any bid to the relevant provision of Sindh Public Procurement Regularity Authority Rules, 2010. A. Income Tax and General Sales Tax will be deducted from the total amount of the bills submitted by the supplier as per policy in vogue.
