Old material in this office is on sale on "As is where is" basis. Inspection of to be auctioned material can be done on any working day during working hours. Auction will be held on 06-01-2014. TERMS & CONDITIONS:- 1. An amount of Rs 10,000/- in cash (returnable)will be deposited by bidders as earnest money. 2. Every bidder deposit copies of his ID card ,GST registration and NTN along with earnest money to Ghulam Rasul Tahir, Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO) one day before bidding. 3. Only those persons will participate in bidding who will get registered their names in the list of bidders by depositing copies of necessary documents along with earnest money in this office. 4. Every bidder will have to bring his original ID card with him. 5. Concerned Authority reserve the right to accept a bid partially or to reject whole bid or the whole auction. 6. It will be mandatory for successful bidder to deposit bid amount in Govt. Treasury/State Bank of Pakistan or National Bank of Pakistan within 24 hours after issuing auction order. 7. Auctioned material will have to be lift within two days after depositing amount of successful bid from the premises of office, otherwise bid will be stand cancelled and earnest money will be confiscated in the favor of Govt. 8. Auction will be held in the shape of single lot (all unuseable items). 9. Income Tax/Sales Tax etc. will be charged from successful bidder according to Govt. Rules. PID(L)1097
