INVITATION FOR PRE- P UALIFICATION
Capital Administration & Development Division has been entrusted by the Government of Pakistan and provided funds to finance the cost of Computerization of National Braille Press to eligible payments under the contract for which this Invitation for Pre-qualification is issued. 2. The DGSE intend to prequalify Manufacturers / Sole Authorized Dealers for the supply/ installation of following Equipments under the project "Computerization of National Braille Press, Islamabad". i) Computerized Braille Press Braille 440-SW Stacker or equivalent having printing speed of 600 -1200" pages per hour. ii) Ring Binding Machine iii) Braille Papers. 3. Pre-qualification is open to Authorized Distributors/Sole Authorized Agents, having office in Islamabad / Rawalpindi for provision of after sales services for the afore mentioned equipments/Items. 4. The Distributors/Sole Authorized Agents fulfilling afore stated requirements and having valid Authorization from their principal(s) manufacturing these equipments/items in Europe/USA/Japan may obtain the pre-qualification documents /evaluation criteria from the office of Principal NSEC for VHC, Street No. 11, G-7/2, Islamabad by making payment of Rs. 200/- in cash which is non refundable. 5. Application for Pre-qualification must be delivered in sealed envelopes by hand to principal NSEC for VHC, Islamabad not later than 29-01-2014 at 11:30 a.m. and be clearly marked "Application for Pre-qualification for Computerization of National Brad Press" 6. Only the successful Applicants will be informed, in due course, after evaluation and they will be invited to bid. 7. The firm(s) not prequalified rnay request the DGSE to intimate ground(s) for its/their rejection of prequalification proposals. 8. The application of firm(s) who ever back out from any project/cheated to DGSE will be rejected/disqualified without any notice. 9. This tender has also seen in PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk.
