INSTALLATION OF AN AUTOMATED  ENCAPSULATION LINE FOR USE IN LED  AND GENERAL PURPOSE ELECTRONICS ASSEMBLY LINE ON TURN-KEY BASIS  1. To install an Automated Encapsulation Line and Automated Optical Inspection Machine for use in LED and General purpose Electronics Assembly Line under a PSDP Project "BMR of NIE" sealed bids from Income Tax/ GST registered firms are invited on TURN-KEY Basis. The tasks include complete installation, testing, commissioning, integrating and trial run. Infrastructure development, cabling. ducting, wiring, piping, allied civil work, waste management, provision of chemicals for trial run and training of NIE personnel's also essential constituent of the provision of TURN-KEY System. 2. For competitive bidding, single stage-two envelops bidding procedure will be adopted in the light of PPRA Rules. 3. The detailed specifications, equipment, scope of work along with terms & conditions are set forth in tender documents, which may be obtained from the office of the undersigned on payment of tender cost of Rs. 1.000/- (Non-Refundable) in shape of bank draft/ pay order in favour of DG ME Islamabad. 4. The request of tender documents must be submitted on proper letterhead of the firm. 5. The last date of receipt of tenders in NIE is 23 January, 2014 up to 11:00 hours and Technical Proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:00 hours in the presence of bidders who wish to be present. 6. Tender is also available at PPRA Website www ppra.org.pk 7.
