TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited from the reputed firms/ suppliers / manufacturers, who are registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax (GST) Departments for the supply of following items in the offices of Provincial Election Commissioners at respective Provincial Headquarters.

1) Tender documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be purchased on written request from the Cashier of this Commission Secretariat latest by 15th January, 2014 against the prescribe fee on any working day during office hours; 2) All sealed tenders should be delivered in the tender box placed in Room No.216 of this Commission Secretariat on or before the tenders opening date by 10:30 A.M and the tenders will be opened on the same date at 11:00 A.M in the presence of bidders as may be present; 3) Tenders should be submitted for each items separately sealed in two separate envelopes. Each envelope shall contain separately the financial proposal and technical proposals. 4) The envelopes shall be marked as "FINANCIAL PROPOSALS" and "TECHNICAL PROPOSALS" in bold and legible letters to avoid confusion. The envelopes must be covered with super-scribed tender notice number and "Tenders for the supply of "and dropped in the tender box in this Commission Secretariat. 5) The validity of bid/offer will be for a period of six months. 6) Alternative offer shall be rejected summarily. The rate quoted should be clear and legible. Any overwriting/cutting etc will not be accepted and the tender will liable to be rejected on the spot. 7) Tendered quantity can be increased or decreased at any stage during the contractual period. 8) Samples of tendered items can be seen/available with the undersigned on any working day during office hours. 9) Samples of each item should be submitted in accordance with the specifications/specimen and free of charge to the undersigned before opening the tender. 10) The Chairman Procurement Committee/ADG (Budget) reserves the right to reject any or all tender or part thereof.
