1 Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) is entrusted with the task with administration and collection Sales Tax on Services provided and rendered in Sindh. Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the following positions.:

Academic Requirements:  BBA with minimum 3.0 GPA from HEC Recognized Institution. MBA in HR or MPA will be preferred: I.T proficiency (Minimum requirements: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook); Must be fluent in English, Urdu or Sindhi.

Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records; Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
Developing with Chairman / Members. HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements; Planning and sometimes delivering, training -including inductions for new staff; Making sure that all fiscal laws and government rules and regulations applicable to the board are complied with;

Analyzing training needs in conjuction with departmental managers; Updating HR manual with the organizational charges; Any other responsibility assigned by the Chairman / Member.

Experience: 15 years'experience in HR and 10 years managerial experience in government department I organization or multinational corporate organization or a regulated financial institution.

Academic Requirements:  MBA / CA / ACMA and LLM with 3.0 GPA from HEC recognized Institution. MBA requirement may be relaxed for suitable Government employees having experience in government tax administration; I.T proficiency (Minimum requirements; MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook); Must be fluent in English, Urdu or Sindhi.

Experience:  The applicant must have at least 15 years' experience in Taxation / Public Finance of which at least 10 years should be on a senior management position in government or in a public sector or multinational corporate organization or a regulated financial institution.

Provide guidance and training to Assistant Commissioners / Deputy Commissioners and review all ACs work within the sectors; Tax policy planning, formulation, implementation and management; Financial planning including budget preparation and its management; Employee and tax payer capacity building and training; Experience of corporate and tax litigations;

Policy formulation and development of SOPs; Dealing with Government both at the Federal and Provincial Level; Negotiations with trade bodies and associations on revenue collection and taxation matters; Provincial budget resource mobilization, planning and management; Provide assistance to the Government of Sindh on taxation and tax collection matters;

Provide guidance to SRB Team in meeting tax collection targets; Thorough understanding of corporate / commercial and tax laws; Employee and resource management; Assisting Member (Taxation) and perform any other task assigned by Chairman / Member; Supervision of work of DCs and ACs; Understanding of the operations and working of provincial and federal legislative system. Negotiation and presentation skills; Ability to make decisions; Any other responsibility assigned by the Chairman / Member.

Job Requirements:
Academic Requirements: Minimum LLB with 2" Division from HEC recognized Institution, Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation laws is desirable;
 Membership in Sindh Bar Council;

I.T proficiency (Minimum requirements: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook); Must be fluent in English, Urdu or Sindhi.
Experience: 15 years experiences in a legal practice of which 10 years as manager and in a legal advisory role in corporate / government organization; knowledge of service laws will be an added advantage. Analyzing core legal issues and vetting legal opinion;
Updating with any court cases against SRB and making sure that the case is defended on the first hearing; Drafting pleadings, PWCs; Liaise external legal advisors, Law Department, Advocate General Office;  Appearing and pleading before the courts: Prepare summaries / notes for the higher ups and other provincial departments on SRB legal matters;  Advise Chairman / Board Members on legal issues etc; Following up all cases & reporting to SRB management;
Any other responsibility assigned by the Chairman / Member. Academic Requirements:  CA/ACCA/ACMA Qualified or MBA Finance from HEC recognized Institution. Experience:  Minimum 15 years' experience in Sales / Excise Tax. Provide guidance and training to Assistant Commissioners / Deputy Commissioners and review all ACs work within the sectors; Conduct audits and detect revenue leakage and evasion; Desk Audit;
Audit management; Pursue case in adjudication and appeals; Processing refund; Vigilance and intelligence of taxpayers; Submit report about new units liable to be registered (research and statistics) to Member Audit;  Any other responsibility assigned by the Chairman / Member; Assisting Member (Taxation) and perform any other task assigned by Chairman / Member;  Supervision of work of DCs and ACs;

Job Requirements:
Experience: Over 15 years experience in Sales Tax / Excise
Tax administration and Tax management. Provide guidance and training to Assistant Commissioners / Deputy Commissioners and review all ACs work within the sectors; Check taxpayer payment receipts (CPR);  Check tax returns;  New registrations and meeting with taxpayers;  Taxpayers management in the sector and taxpayers analyses in a given sector; Issue order and appeals; Issue notices on recovery, appeals in order and penalties; Taxpayer files maintenance; Assisting Member (Taxation) and perform any other task assigned by Chairman / Member;  
Supervision of work of DCs and ACs;  Any other responsibility assigned by the Chairman / Member.

Academic Requirements: 
Graduate in at least First Division or have a GPA of 2.5 or more from any HEC recognized university. Preference would be given to candidates having MBA/CA/ACMA/LLM/M.Com from HEC recognized University. 1.T proficiency (Minimum requirements: MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word & Outlook);  Must be fluent in English, Urdu or Sindhi.
Experience:
No work experience is required. This job is for fresh graduates who would be assigned different duties with the SRB but preference would be given to the candidates who have work experience in Finance, Sales Tax, Legal or Ad min/HR areas in a Public organization or Government environment.
Through understanding of Fiscal laws and Government rules and regulations. Through understanding of Corporate / Commercial and Tax Laws. Understanding of the operations and working of Provincial and Federal legislative system Negotiations and presentation skills. Assisting Officers and ability to team and adapt to change. Any other responsibility assigned by the Chairman / Member.
