District Tendering Board Sheikhupura Tenders

SHORT TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders based on item rates / percentage above or below (S.M.R) are hereby invited for the works mentioned below, from the Contractors I Firms enlisted with the C&W Department / Works & Services Department, Sheikhupura and renewed by the competent authority for the year 2014-15, with renewal fee duly paid and in the field of Buildings works.
Tender documents can be obtained from the District Officer (Planning) Office, DCO Office Sheikhupura, and the Office of the undersigned during office hours against written request accompained with attested copies of enlistment, upto date renewal ietter, fee receipt, P.E.0 License, Authority letter on pad form of the Contractor! Firm, Identity Card of Contractor! Managing partner of the firm alongwith registered power of attorney and on payment of prescibed tender fee in shape of deposit calls.

 Tender rates and amounts should be filled in figures as well as in words and tenders should be signed as per General Directions given in the tender documents. No rebate on tendered rates will be acceptable. No tender will be issued after the last date of issuance of tenders as indicated in the tender notice.

 Tenders / Bidding documents: after the date of publication will be issued up to 07-11-2014 during the office hours and tenders will be received on 08-11-2014 upto 12:30 (P.M) in the Zila Council Hall Sheikhupura, which will be opened at 01:00 (P.M) there after by the District Tender Board, Sheikhupura, in the presence of intending contractors. Conditional tenders and tenders not accompanied with earnest money in shape of deposit at call receipt from a scheduled bank, attested copies of registered partnership deed and power of attorney in case of firms will not be entertained. (Printing charges will be received at the time of issuance of the tender. If the rates quoted by the contractors / firms are below 5% or more, the contractors / firms will be bound to deposit additional performance security from a scheduled bank within 15 days. The Procuring agency may reject all bids at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid.
The procuring agency shall upon request communicate to any bidder, the grounds for its rejection of all bids, but shall not be required to justify those grounds. The record relating to the works may be examined in the office of the undersigned if desired.

The provisions of T.S estimate will be the final in case of any submission.

Note:- In case of National holidays, the tenders shall be received on the next working day.
