Sealed proposal on single stage, two envelope basis (Technical & Financial Proposal Separately), are hereby invited by the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore for Muhammad Nawaz Sharif UET, Multan from the Authorized dealers, Manufacturers and Suppliers of well reputed firms to supply the lab. Equipments (FOR Basis and C & F Basis) for Electrical & Chemical Engineering Department of MNS UET Multan in accordance with the specification attached with the tenders documents. The last date for submission of tenders is 07-04-2014 at Time 11:00 A.M. The Technical proposals/tenders will be opened on date 07-04-2014 Time 11:30 A.M. In the office of the undersigned by the Central Purchase Committee, UET Lahore in presence of the bidders or their authorized agents (if any) The proposals / tender documents can be obtain on next day of publishing of advertisement in newspapers from the Equipment Section, Accounts Branch, UET Lahore during the office hours (08:00 Am. To 03:00 PM.) Of Rs. 1000/- each (Non-Refundable) to be deposited in the University Main Account No. 553-33 maintained in HBL UET Branch Lahore.
1. No Telephonic / Telegraphic / Faxed tender is acceptable. 2. Only GST paid firms/Suppliers/Contractors are eligible to participate. The competent authority may reject all bids or proposal at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. The competent authority shall upon request communicate to any supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposal, but is not required to justify those grounds.
