Executive Engineer Eastern Bar Division Pakpattan Tender Notice

TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tender for the works given below are invited from the approved contractors of Irrigation Department who have got Renewal and deposited the Registration /Renewal fee for the current financial year 2013-2014. Tender forms may be obtained from the office of the undersigned from the date of publication of this notice up to 25.03.2014 on the payment of prescribed fee (non-refundable). The tender will be received in the office of undersigned on 26.03.2014 at 01.00 PM and will be opened on the same date and time in the presence of the contractor or their representatives who care to attend. 2- The work will be carried out strictly according to departmental specifications under the instructions of the Sub Divisional Officer incharge of the work. 3- Final acceptance of the tender will rest with the undersigned who does not bind himself to accept the lowest tender or reject without assigning any reason for the same The earnest money at the rate of 2% of the estimated cost should accompany with the tender in the shape of Call Deposit from a scheduled Bank in Pakistan. 4- The rates shall be quoted above / below MRS 2m Half Si -annual (1m February-31" July 2014). 5- The tender will not be received through the media of postal dak or telephone or any source of communication. 6- Detail of work/design can be seen in the office of the undersigned during the office hour on any working day. 7- In case of company or limited firms power of attorney will have to be produced. 8- The payment will be made on receipt of funds and after check by the committees and agencies. 9- M.R.S will be of District Pakpattan, Vehari and Sahiwal in accordance with the situation of work. 10- According to FD Notification No.R0 (Tech-1-2/83) (vi) (P) dated 06-04-2005 and a subsesequent Notification No.R0 (Tech) FD-1-2/83) dated 24-01-2006. In case the total tender amount is 5% or more less than 5% of provide estimated amount, lowest bidder will have to deposit additional performance security as per clause 26(A) of contract agreement equal to the difference between the approved estimated amount and rates quoted by the contractor.
