Buildings Division Okara Tender Notice 2014

TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders based on item rates/ percentage rates circulated by Finance Department for District Okara (amended up to the date of tenders) are hereby invited for the work mentioned below from the approved contractors/ firms of the C&W Department, District Government/ EDO (W&S), Okara. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned and office of the EDO (W&S), Ohara, against 2% Earnest Money in the shape of Deposit-at-Call from Scheduled Bank of Pakistan and written request on letter pad accompanied with attested copies of Enlistment, upto date Fee Deposit with the district and registration of Pakistan Engineering Council/ License Fee, Authority Letter (only in favour of member of firm will be accepted), Identity Card of the contractor/ managing partner of the firm along with registered Power of Attorney and on payment of prescribed Tender Fee. The tender documents shall only be issued on payment of prescribed tender fee. Without fulfillment of the above requirements tender shall not be issued. Tendered rates and amounts should be filled in figures as well as in words and tenders should be signed as per general directions given in the tender documents. No rebate on tendered rate will be acceptable. Tenders will be issued (Sr. No. 1 to 14) upto 26-03-2014 and (Sr. No. 15) upto 01-04-2014 during office hours and tenders will be received in the office of the EDO (W&S), Ghana, Sr. No. 1 to 14 on 29-03-2014 at 12:30 pm and (Sr. No. 15) opening on 04-04-2014 at 12:30 pm on the date of opening of tenders and will be opened immediately thereafter by the Tenders Opening Committee in the presence of intending contractors or their representatives. Participation of elected representatives, press reporters or any person intending to observe the tendering process will be appreciated. Conditional tenders and tender not accompanied with Earnest Money in shape of Deposit-at-Call Receipt from Scheduled Bank and attested copies of registered Partnership Deed and Power of Attorney in case of firrn will not be entertained. Undersigned shall have the right of rejecting any or all of the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. NOTE: Last Date for Issue of Tenders is 26-03-2014 & Opening Date 29-03-2014 (Sr. 1 to 14) Last Date for Issue of Tenders is 01-04-2014 & Opening Date 04-04-2014 (Sr. 15)
