PRE-OUALIFICATION / SHORT LISTING OF
"ENGINEERING CONSULTING FIRMS"
Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), LDA Govt. of The Punjab intends to hire services of Engineering Consulting Firm for Resident Supervision (Consultancy Services) of the scheme titled, "Replacement of 20 Nos 2/4-eft capacity tubewells in different areas of Lahore City". The approved cast of the scheme is Its. 227.59 million. The project consists of drilling/boring, installation of vertical turbines, construction of chamber etc. The quality and cost based selection (QCBS) method will be adopted for selection of consultant as given in the consultant selection guidelines issued by P&D Department Expression ofInterest (E0I) is invitedftom the firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with following information/documents. I. Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration alongwith fresh renewal negatives. 2. Registration negative with Securities and Exchange Commission or registrar of firm. 3. Income Tax Registration negative. 4. List of professional pertnanent staff along with Ors of relevant core staff showing project wise experience with exact time duration for each project. 5. List of similar works completed by theftrm during last 10 years and similar works in hand, indicating total cast of such works and cost of consultancy services received against those works alongwith date of start and completion and expected date of completion. 6. Provision of affidavit / certificate that the fum is not blacklisted by any Govt Department/ autonomous body. 7. Last three years audited account statements. The E01 must reach to the office of Deputy Managing Director (Engg) WASA Head Office, ZahoorElahi Road, Near Main Market, B-Block Gulberg-II, Lahore. by March 15, 2014 at 1500 hours.
