PRE-QUALIFICATION / SHORT LISTING OF ENGINEERING CONSULTING FIRMS" Water and Sanitation Agency (IVASA), LDA Goa of The Punjab intends to hire services of Engineering Consulting Firm for Resident Supervision (Consultancy Services) of the scheme titled, 'Proposed Pumping Machinery in NA-119 & 120". The approved cost of the scheme is Rs.150.000 million. The quality and cost based selection (QSCBS) method will be adopted for selection of consultant as given in the consultant selection guidelines issued by MD Department. Expression of Interest (E01) is imbed for the firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PIC) with following information Idocwnents. I. Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration along with fresh renewal negatives. 2. Registration negative with Securities and Exchange Commission or registrar of Jinn. 3. Income Tar Registration negative. 4. List of professional permanent staff along with CVs of relevant core staff showing project wise etperience with exact time duration for each project. 5. List of similar works completed by the firm during last 10 years and similar works in hand, indicating total cost of such works and cost of consultancy services received against those works alongwith date of start and completion and expected date of completion. 6. Provision of affidavit I certificate that the firm is not blacklisted by any Govt. Department autonomous body. 7. Last three years audited account statements. Water and Sanitation Agency, IDA reserves the rights to reject I accept one or all proposals without assigning any reason.
