University of Karachi proudly presents a New Programme of Diploma in Local Government & Administration leading to Masters Degree in Local Government & Administration for the Youth as well as for those, who want to continue Education to get Professional Excellence in Job Oriented Programmes. The Programme aims at enabling Graduates to compete in the field of Local Government as well as Public Policy and Administration. The "Diploma in Local Government & Administration leading to Masters Degree in Local Government & Administration" shall establish Democracy in the Country through awareness of Local Government and Administration, which has proven to be an excellent source of success throughout the world. We are determined to send our Local Government Graduates for a Short Training and Orientation under an Exchange Programme so that their talent can be exposed not only to the Country but also to the International Community. The "Diploma in Local Government & Administration leading to Masters Level in Local Government & Administration" is a Community Linkage Programme, which is designed to benefit Local Government Institutions as well as Provincial and Federal Government Officials, Professionals and Youngsters.
ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION
GRADUATE in any discipline with at least Second Division. Those who have already obtained Diploma in Local Government & Administration are also eligible to apply for Masters in Local Government & Administration.
ADMISSION SCHEDULE
Application Forms for Admission are available from the Department of Political Science on Payment of Rs 300/- between 03:30 to 08:00 pm
• Issuance Submission of February 17, 2014 Admission Forms: February 28, 2014
• Provisional Merit List (to be pasted on Department Notice Board)
March 07, 2014
• Submission of Fee
March 10, 2014 to March 14, 2014
