TENDER NOTICE T,M,A RENALA KHURD
Sealed percentage / item rates on market based schedule of rate system for the following works are hereby invited by the under signed from the approved contractor/firms of the TMA Renala Khurd who have got their names enlisted/renewed and deposit the requisite Enlistment / renewal fee 2013-2014. Tender will be received and opened up to  15-3-2014  at 12-00 pm and will be opened same day at 01.00 pm. The tender will be opened in the presence of the contractor or their representative who desire to be present at that time. No telegraphic tender by post will be entenained.Tender form can be obtained from the PPRA &Local Govt Web Site Govt of the Punjab. All the contractor/firms requested to bring with them the copies of NIC in original receipt of deposit of enlistment/renewal fee, Power of Attorney and partnership deed at the time of opening of the tender, failure to comply of the above instructions. The under signed reserve the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. 2% earnest mane' in shape of call deposit should be attached with each tender form. 08% performance security will be deposit within 14 days by the approved lowest tender, Notice will not be issued in this regard. Note. If tenders could not opened due to any reason then the same will be received/opened on  22-3-2014  , other conditions remain the same.
