INVITATION OF APPLICATIONS  FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES
Applications for Consultancy services are invited from interested firms for Supervision and Monitoring for works of Small Dams Division Nagarparkar. registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and having suffi-cient experience in the following works on bellow terms and conditions.

Interested consulting firms are requested to appear for participation for above works on prescribed application forms (the Bidding Documents) to be purchased on payment of tender fee only from the office of the undersigned on any working day, during office hours up to 13-03-2014 which will be opened on the same date before the Committee in presence of the firms authorized agents. In case the undersigned is out of Headquarters, the opening of bidding documents will be on the next working day. TERMS & CONDITIONS:-1. Full name, permanent address, telephone and fax numbers, E-mail and the Organizational structure Copy of CNIC of Proprietor and authorized representative. 2. Number of Directors / Partners / Proprietors their names, qualification and experience. 3. Conditional Bidding Documents will not be accepted. 4. Bio-data of Technical staff permanently employed and to be made available for working on the project. 5. A fresh copy of registration certificate with Pakistan Engineering Council and details of present enlistment with Government / Semi Government Organization including categories and copies of registration. 6. Details of Projects carried out under their consultancy for last five years. 7. Details of machinery and equipment in possession. 8. Power of Attorney, if applicable. 9. List of past and present arbitrative / dispute(s) with clients and affidavit that the firm and its employees have neither been blacklisted by any agency nor involved in any subversive activity. 10. Income Tax Registration and Clearance Certificate for last three years. 11. Financial stability certificate issued by scheduled bank. 12. Professional Tax Registration Certificate. 13. Additional information that applicant might like to furnish in support of his eminence. Those who supply wrong, inaccurate or misleading information are liable for disqualification and legal action. 14. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any offer as per provision of SPPRA Rule 2004. 15. The consultants / firms will be carrying out the work according to the P.W.D. specification & scope under their supervision and will also has responsible for any work below the specification. 16. The consultants / firms should certify the bills of the contractors for the works executed to the entire satisfaction and would also be responsible for any defective work etc.
