Department of Livestock and Dairy Development Department (Extension) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Peshawar (L&DD) with the Financial Assistance of Director General Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) entered into an agreement to (0 Immediately dismantle, shift, re- install and re- operate the existing 02 Liquid Nitrogen Plants located in the premises of Civil Veterinary Hospital. Bacha Khan Chowk. Peshawar in its new constructed building situ-ated in the same campus and (II) to purchase liquid nitrogen for net work of AL Present production capacity of each plant is 21 liter per hours. These plants were purchased from Sterling Cryogenics B.V. The Netherlands in the year 2007 and 2009. Detail of plant specification of Liquid Nitrogen Plant and other related information. can be obtained from the in-charge of the Plant (0314-6953138) on any. working day. Interested firms having experience in installation, operation and repair/maintenance of such kind of sophisticated plants and have carried out similar projects are requested to submit their quotation on or before 3- 3-2014 at 11.00 AM along With following documents: I. Brief profile of the organization (max.2 pages) 2. CVs of staff-that will carry out this assignment. 3.. List of similar works carried Out by the organization and reports of these: projects. zk Client list with contact numbers, email and addresses that should also include details -of similar consulting projects. 5. Certificates of successful work to government and .other organizations (latest 3 certificates). 6. Plan. of -work for dismantling, rt-operation and maintenance schedule (preventive and curative services for at least two months after re-operation of plants for Which lubricants and Spares if arty required will be supplied by the customer).
II. Besides plant shifting and re-operation, supply of 15 to 20 thousands liters. Of Liquid Nitrogen per Month will also be required. for which Manufacturers or its Authorized dealers are requested to submit their unit rates (price per litter) on F.O.R Peshawar basis. For both tendersseparate quotations along with earnest money- @ 2% of the total cost of the project (refundable) shall be attached. Taxes will he deduct-ed as per gOvernment rides. incomplete tenders. Will not be cOnsidered. Tenders will be opened on same date (3-3-2014 at 11.30-AM) in the office of Director Breed Improvement and Farms.
