CONDITIONS 1. No tender will be issued on the opening date and without 2% earnest money in shape of deposit at call in favour of Deputy Director (Engg-II) PHA. 2. Tenders can be obtained from the office of Tender Selling booth Engineering Wing PHA. 3. In case the bid is less than estimated cost, the bidder will have to deposit performance security at the time of award of work from a schedule bank equal to the amount quoted less than the estimated cost and will be released after the successful completion of work and for non completion the deposit at call will be forfeited in favor of the PHA. 4. No application will be entertained through post / courier for issuance of tender. 5. The Procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. 6.
