PRE-QUALIFICATION NOTICE
PROVISION OF NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE The Lahore Development Authority intends to pre-qualify the firms for the "Provision of Network Infrastructure in New Building, LDA Offices, Johar Town, Lahore. Purpose of this project is to establish network infrastructure in new building along integration with existing LAN setup at old building. Wired and wireless Network infrastructure of about 400+ nodes is required in LDA New Building". The firms having adequate experience in the relevant field and fulfilling eligibility criteria are encouraged to apply for prequalification:- 1. The firm/ joint venture should be registered with Registrar of firms. 2. The firm/ Joint venture should be registered with Income Tax Department. 3. The firm/ joint venture should be in major business relating to sales, installation, deployment and support for Networking/ IT infrastructures, having more than five year of experience in the said field. (Proof of the same must be enclosed). 4. All eligible firms may submit their application along with the following documents: a) Full name, complete address, phone and fax No., e-mail address along with organization chart of the firm/ joint venture. b) Complete details of clients with whom agreements were executed during last three years along with the satisfactory certificate from the client. c) Undertaking that the firm has not been blacklisted or debarred by any government/ semi-government organization. d) Income Tax Clearance Certificate for last three years and NTN No. of the firm. 5. The interested firms should submit their profile and other requisite documents for prequalification in sealed envelopes by hand or through registered mail at address given below till 28-02-2014. 6. Concealment of facts will be sufficient reason for disqualification. 7. Any information/ document deficient will not be entertained. 8. The decision of the Authority as per set evaluation criteria for prequalification of firm will be final. 9. Applicant will be informed in due course of time. Only the firms/ joint venture pre-qualified under this process will be invited to bid. 10. Prequalification criteria and TOR's can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours. NOTE: Only Technically and Financially sound and capable firms should apply.
