TENDER NOTICE
(1) Frontier Corps Hospital Quetta requires to purchase some new Electro Medical Equipment through well reputed companies. The companies are required to provide sealed technical and financial quotations separately for these items. (2) Last date for submission of quotations is 20 Feb 2014 by 1000 hrs. The quotations will be opened the same day by 1200 hrs in the presence of companies representatives. (3) List of items can be obtained from the undersigned at this office in PC Hosiptal, Quetta for a price of Rs. 5000.00 (Rupees five thousand only) payable in form of cross cheque/Bank Draft in name of commandant PC Hospital. (4) 2.5 % of the total amount being quoted will be deposited as premium money alongwith the quotations. Premium money will be returned to the companies which fall to win any tender.(5) The premium money will be confiscated in full in case of delayed for non delivery of the Equipments. Premium money will be returned in full once the delivery of eqpt is on time.(6) For further information, the undersigned can be contracted at 081-2300923. (7) Comdt PC Hospital reserve the right to accept or reject any or all quotations in the light of PPRA Rules. -
