(2) The contract documents can be seen in the office of the undersigned during any working office hours on any working day. The bid documents can be purchased from the office of the undersigned from the date of publication up to 17-02-2014 during office hours. The bids shall be received back on 18-02-1014 up to 2:30 p.m. and opened on the same day at 3:00 p.m. in the office of the undersigned in presence of bidders or their representatives who may wish to be resent.
