TENDER NOTICE (Hiring of Construction Consultant) MI Tender Ref. # TUSDEC/HESC/CC/002 TUSDEC Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company (TUSDEC) has been established by Ministry of Industries and Production, to upgrade technology and skills of key and strategic industrial clusters and connect Pakistan to the global value chain. PMU of TUSDEC is going to establish: Hyderabad Engineering Support Centre (HESC) at Hyderabad This centre will provide common facilities as well as help improve technical skills level of the local workforce, thereby enabling the local Industry to produce quality products and achieve competitiveness. TUSDEC invites sealed bids from eligible firms or persons licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category for the services on the basis of single stage two envelope procedure for the hiring of Construction Consultant for the above cited project. Kindly clearly mark the envelops as "Technical Proposal" and "Financial Proposal". • A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased on submission of a written application to the office given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fees of Rupees 1,0001, The Bidding documents may be obtained between 9:00AM to 5:00PM on any working day from our office address given below. • The bids must be delivered to the office of undersigned till 14:00 hrs on 12th March, 2014. Any bid received after the indicated time shall be rejected. • The bids shall be opened at 14:30 hen on the same day as above at TUSDEC office in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend. • TUSDEC reserves all rights to reject any/all bids prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal as per the Rules and Regulations under the PPRA Ordinance, 2002. Submission of any false statement/documents shall disqualify the bidder.
