Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab is hosting Pakistan largest Tourism event "Lahore International Tourism Expo (LITE) on 19-20" Feb.,2014 at Lahore Expo, Jahor Town, Lahore. The EXPO will showcase products of numerous tourism stakeholders locally and internationally to promote business, networking and meetings. TDCP has also arranged a touism forum, cultural performance, kids & family entertainment and food court during the event. • Advertising and marketing firms are hereby invited to submit their proposals / bids within 15 days of this publication before 04.00pm in the office of TDCP at 151-Abu Bakar Block, Lahore. The bids will be open on the same day at 04.30pm. All reputable firms/Companies/Agencies may submit their profile and experience in the relevant field. • A certificate/Affidavit that the firm is not blacklisted by any Government/Autonomous body. • All companies must be registered with Income Tax Department. • Technical & Financial proposals should be submitted in two sealed envelopes clearly marked in bold "Technical Proposals" and "Financial Proposals" as per PPRA guidelines single stage two envelope procedure. • 2% earnest money against the Financial Proposal in shape of CDR infavour of TDCP must be enclosed. • Bidding documents, TORs and scope of work can be collect from office of undersigned TDCP, Head Office 151-Abu Bakar Block, New Garden Town, Lahore or can be downloaded from TDCP's website wwwidcp.gop.pk.. An amount of Rs.1000/- needs to be deposited with TDCP as changes for getting necessary papers.All the Companies or interested Parties may deposit their bids within 15 days of this advertisement at the address given below. Detailed TORs can be obtained from Manager (Marketing) TDCP.
