NOTICE FOR RE-INVITING TENDERS
Sealed Tenders are invited from the interested Companies / Firms of repute who have relevant experience, also registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in required category for the following works at Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women, Shaheed Benazirabad.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. The Tenders will be issued up 103rd March 2014 during Office Hours against a Written Request attaching therewith all required Documents and Company Profile. The Tenders will be received back up to 01:30 pm on 06th March 2014 and will be opened on same day at 02:00 pm in the Office of undersigned in the presence of Contractors or their Authorized Representatives who may intend lobe present. No Tender will be issued on the Date of Opening. 2. The Bidders should submit the Affidavft on Judicial Stamp Paper stating that their Company has not been Blacklisted nor any involvement in Litigation in any Court of Law. 3. Earnest Money equivalent to r/o of the Bid Value should be furnished with the Tenders in the shape of Call Deposit from the Scheduled Bank in the name of Vice Chancellor. Any Tender without Earnest Money Call Depose 3% of the Quoted Bid Amount will be rejected. 4. Tender Documents can be had from the Office of the Undersigned on (Non-Refundable) Payment of the Cost of Tender fee mentioned against the Work in the shape of Pay Order/Demand Draft in the name of Vice Chancellor PUMHSW, Shaheed Benazirabad. 5. The Competent Authority may reject all or any Tenders at any time, as per SPPRA Rules. 6. Conditional Tenders will NOT be entertained. 7. Copy of Valid NTN and Sales Tax Certificate must be attached. 8. Valid Registration of the Year 2014 with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) must be attached.
