Construction of Pump House 01 No. Near Well at Habitat Lurio Taluka Diplo. 155600 3112 2 Months 1000 TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE TENDER 01 The blank tender forms and other documents can be obtained from the office of the Deputy Conservator Wildlife, Hyderabad Division, Wildlife Complex, Mir Fateh Colony Opp: WAPDA Water Wing Colony Kotri Road Hyderabad from 1st day of publication of tender in newspapers or SPPRA website up to 26-02-2014 during office hours on depositing required tender fee (Non -refundable) as shown against each items/work. 02 This tender notice (NIT) can also be seen on the SPPRA website www.pprasindh.gov.pk 03 The tenders will received back on 27-02-2014 21 1:30 p.m. and opened on same day at 2:00 p.m. in presence of the tender open-ing/evaluation committee and bidders or their authorized representative who wish to be present. 04 The bidders should submit earnest money as shown in against each work in shape of call deposit prepared from any scheduled bank in favor of the undersigned. 05 Registration with Income Tax Department (NTN Certificate), Sindh Revenue Board (SOS Certificate) and copy of CNIC. 06 Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in case the estimated cost of work exceed 2.5 (million). 07 If any holiday announced by the Government the tenders will be opened on the ne. working day on same time & venue. 08 Undertaking on stamp paper that the firm is not involved in any litigation. 09 Affidavit to the effect that the firm/contractor is not involved nor has been black listed previously by any executing agency. 10 Affidavit to the effect that all documents / particulars / information furnished is true and correct. 11 The conditional, blank, incomplete tenders received after the prescribed due date/time will not be entertained. 12 The Procuring Agency may reject all or any bids subject to the relevant provisions of SPPRA Rules. 13 If any work remains an-responded, the same shall be issued and opened as under.
