NOTICE INVITING TENDER
Tenders are invited from interested reputed contractors/company/firms registered with PEC having sufficient experience in the related field against work mentioned as under on standard bidding documents medium as per Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules-2010.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: a) Vaud PEC Registration Certificate in relevant category. b) Field of Specialization CE-09 & CE-10 c) Affidavit in which the bidder undertakes that it is not involved in any litigation. d) The firms/Contractors should have successfully completed at least two contractors of equivalent value in last five years. e) National Tax Number Certificate & Annual Return Statement of FBR for the year 2012-13. f) Audited Accounts for last three years. g) Affidavit in which it should be undertaken that the information provided is true and correct. h) Affidavit that the bidders has not been black listed by any Government / Semi Government / Autonomous body. Tender documents shall be issued to the firms qualifying the above mentioned conditions. The blank tender forms can be obtained from undersigned during office hours up to 27-02-2014 on payment of tender fee specified against each work. Tender will be received on date i.e. 28-02-2014 up to 1:00 P.M. & will be opened on same date i.e. up to 3:00 P.M. in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives before tendering the undersigned being Executive Engineer/Chairman with Committee Members in this office. In case of un-responded tenders the blank tender form issued up to 17-03-2014 and opened on 18-03-2014 with same procedure Eamest Money shall be in favor of Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Matiari. The tenders without 2% Eamest Money shall not be accepted. Earnest Money of un-successful bidders shall be retumed after issuance of work orders of successful bidders. Conditional or Telegraphic Tenders will not be entertained. In Case of any kind of Pumping Machinery, Pumps & Pipes provided by the contractors must be provide Invoice of authorized dealer/factory in the name of Executive Engineer, PHE Division Matiari with Sale Tax Paid Certificate otherwise Sales Tax will be deducted from their bills as per govemment policy. The undersigned payment made to contractor after receiving verification Certificate from authorized dealer/Factory of Pumping Machinery, Pumps & Pipes. The procuring agency may be rejected allot any bid subject to the relevant provisions of PPRA Rules-2010.
