Corrigendum
Reference tender notice for purchase of motor vehides published on 23rd January, 2014, we are re-inviting the tender after necessary corrigendum in the clause 6 of the terms and conditions and opening date of the tender. We shall be obliged if you let us have your lowest quotation for the supply of two nos. Motor Vehides (Suzuki Bolan Euro ll or equivalent): Terms and Conditions: 1. All government taxes are applicable. 2. Copies of NTN/NICIBank Account No. etc/GST registration certificate if any must be attadied with the quotation. 3. 2% earnest money of total bid in the form of pay order or demand draft must be attached with the quotation. 4. Price quoted should be valid for 120 days. 5. Tenders received after the due date will not be entertained. 6. P1V reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals and grounds of rejection will be communicated to the parties if desired but there will be no binding on PTV to justify the grounds of rejection. 7. Delivery is to be done at PTV Headquarters Office Islamabad. Sealed quotations should be addressed to Controller Audit (Chairman Senior Tender Committee), Federal TV Complex, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad and must reach in the office on or before 19.03.2014 at 11:00 A.M. The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. in the presence of bidders/agents who may like to attend. The envelope should clearly mention "Offer for Motor Vehicles".
