INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FALCON COMMERCIAL PLAZA
PAF Base Korangi Creek plans to setup slate of the art multi-storey commercial plaza at prime location in Clifton Ca.. The project should be fully integrated having general and specific facilities for shops, office block, mega malls, food courts, Cineplex, health centre, hotel accommodation, children play area etc. Land measuring 9644 Sq Yds has been earmarked as share holding of PAF Base Korangi Creek in the project. Expression of Interest (E0I) is solicited from the International and Local Firms / Consortiums. [International / Local Firms / Consortiums am to confirm to the provision of Companies Ordinance (XLVII of 1984) and Allied Matters] which should essentially include the following information / documents:- Organization structure with registered official address and particulars of directors / key personnel of the firm / consortium. Details of experience in development and management of commercial plaza project including equipments and technical assets. Financial standing (audited balance sheets for last 3 years and bank reference). ." Proposed participation arrangements and methodology for undertaking the said project. Proposed outline of the financial plan. • Applications in sealed envelopes alongwith a bank draft of Rs.100,000, (non-refundable) in the name of PAP Base Korangi Creek Karachi within on or before 20 March 2014. • Only pre-qualified / short listed firms / consortiums would be asked to submit their detailed proposals. • PAP Base Korangi Creek may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. The Base however, shall upon request communicate to any firm! consortium who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of bid or proposal, but will not justify those grounds.
