"SOLAR HOME SOLUTION FOR LOW INCOME HOUSEHOLDS OF PUNJAB"
Dee to prolonged load shedding in the province, Chief Minister Punjab wishes to facilitate Ite hone peopbedPopbo400leoeoesoleteelseSlTAoeghthdpogoeo, Government of Punjab also intends to create awareness &Inge the general pubtic for use of Memale Energy Resources to reduce dependemy on the national grid and to improve environment Conditions of the provinces. The Expressions of Interest (E0I) are invited from Entrepreneurs !Companies/System Integrators f Joint Venture (Manufacturer and Local partner) for supply of Sole DC standalone as Solar Home Solution (OHS) for low income households of Punjab by the Government of Punjab having following salient fee.: • Solar PV 30Wp • Battery 12 V, 30Ah • LEDs 3x3 W each of 80 lumens • Charge Controller 6A v4th LVD (Low voltage disconnect) •Provision of DC 12 V Fan Pon Load Limitter • DC Wires with LED Holders • Mobile Phone Changing facility • FM Radio (5 W) • System Autonomy 3 days • Reverse Polarity protection provision
All the interested companies are requested to submit their E01 within 15 days after the publication of this E01 in the National newspaper at the address given below to carry out the job vinich may include the supply of 50,000 to 100,000 SHS systems, Execution of warranty, training to sidled lsemi-skilled persons for installahon and oommissioning of SHS and provision of manual (in Urdu Language). The selection of the hale shall be done on following basis; • Registration of Manufacturer I Supplier 1 Lead BkIder in-accordance with their local Ian • Area of expertise • their past experience • technical capabil4 to deal vidh such proiect • Arrangement of local partner (Joint Venture, Sub-Contracting and Associations) • Financial C,apability (last 3 audit reports) • Basis of their techntal capacity, expertise in SHS solution, capacity to provide at se warranty (free parts and labour), solution for extended warranty I O&M as well as financial standing.
